Nine months after accepting legal representation and a $1700.00 retainer fee, he the attorney James G. Schmier said "this case is hard" and withdrew as counsel. He is inconsistent and conflicting. He is also inept. He could not account for funds used/unused (1700.00). First he said only $300.00 or $400.00 of the 1700.00 was used. Then he said all, the entire $1700.00 amount was used but after announcing his withdrwal and releasing case files with an accounting statement he said only $1440.00 of the $1700.00 was used.
