We posted jobs on helpwanted.com in July 2017. They have never contacted us about any applications and we have never gotten any responses from applicants either. They won't return any of my emails, that I've sent with questions. They have been charging our credit card for posting jobs, even though I closed the jobs 2 months ago. I don't know how to get in touch with them, to remove our company and credit card information. If anyone knows how to get in touch with them, or actually talk to someone there....LET ME KNOW. This is a huge scam, and I can't believe they have, and still are, getting away with taking employer's money. So far, this scam business has charged us $556, and if I don't get in touch with someone at helpwanted.com, our out of pocket expense will continue to increase.
