Unhappy Scampers

Yes we aren't the only ones with issues with our new 16' Scamp! Researched them along with others and thought this was the one. Waited months to get it, picked it up on Aug. 3, 2015 and it went back for repairs before being used the following week. New refrigerator, caulking, loose bolts, windows &a screen door not fitting tight. My husband drove back 6 plus hours to have the refrigerator replaced and issues taken care of. On his way home decided to camp for a night and followed the instructions given to him to start the new refrigerator. He was told to light the stove to let the gas run before lighting the frig and there was a leak in the stove top! He saw smoke coming out and turned everything off before burning the place down. Said the trailer is filling with mosquitoes which means there is an opening somewhere that they are getting in. We've been so disappointed with our purchase and the "after the sale" treatment that we're pretty sure we're returning this trailer. Was quite surprised by all the problems after hearing so many great things about the Scamp. We are not happy campers!!!
