Problems with billing

I made the mistake of signing up with resumenerd.com for a trial membership, which charged a small fee, and then cancelling the trial within the time allotted in order to avoid recurring charges, but they have not 'cleared out their batch' at their billing department, and keep trying to charge the same small trial membership fee over and over again. User's recommendation: Be very careful when dealing with this site, as they do not handle billing very well.
