Stealing my money

I never signed up with this company I dont know how they got my details but the continue to take $34.99 from my account each month. I have emailed them and was told my account wasnt active and I wouldnt be charged again but I was 3 more times now. Since the first email no one replies to you. This company is a joke and a rip off. Trying to get your money back is impossible. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
