Sent you an email on our problem and them was recommended to take it to a certified law boy repair and now need to get reimbursed for the warranty work done. The receipt and the problem and pictures are also being sent. The main problem was a factory defect when it was put together. The picture shows choke linkage was put on backwards and you can see on the choke linkage the wear from where it was. And please contact me live so we can talk to you directly thank you. Joann Novy
