I’ve several accounts in this bank, so I’ve several credit and debit cards on hand. From time to time, I need to issue statements of my money movement on each of my accounts. So, despite the fact that the bank has Internet banking, where I can go and see where the money was spent or where it came from, in order to generate a statement I needed to go to the main bank office. This problem solution was recommended to me by a technical support employee. I believed it, but I had to ask another specialist. When I arrived at the bank, it turned out that I can draw up the necessary document (even with a translation into several languages!!!) with a digital signature and virtual seal in the online banking. The procedure would take me only a couple of minutes, and I spent several hours. And I don't even know who to complain to about the incompetence of the call center employee who served me when I first called through the user's personal account.

If you are actual Representative of National Bank of Texas you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
