Polite, thoughtful employees

I see so much hate towards the bank and cannot understand why. Their employees are polite and thoughtful and are able to elaborate on tricks with working within the banking system. The teller at the branch I walked in greeted me warmly, listened carefully to my concerns, offered me all products that fit me, explaining each of them in a clear manner. They told me I could think about opening the account as much time as I wanted. Were non-pushy unlike other bank employees. The products are somewhat low in interest rates but that was something I suspected every bank has now. Savings accounts became low on rates everywhere I go.

The bank may not be bad, but I advise them to update their online banking system, otherwise they will lose all adequate clients.
