Not so long ago, I made a huge order on the website of this online store, and when the courier brought me a huge box, I didn’t delay him and check all the goods on the list. I’m afraid it would take at least half an hour, especially if I checked not only the availability of the goods, but also its completeness, integrity and quality. Therefore, I hoped for the good faith of the store (this is not the first time I place orders with them), signed all the necessary documents and let the courier go. Only in the evening did I have time to sit down and carefully disassemble the box. It is good that along with the goods there were also documents with price lists, according to which I can easily check the number of ordered units. As a result, it turned out that they forgot to put 1 unit of goods in the parcel. I immediately called the online store support service and explained the situation. The staff asked me to take a photo of the box and product. As a result, after a few days, they returned the cost of the good that they forgot to send. I am very pleased with the cooperation and will continue to work with this online store.
