Rates in the contract are incorrect

I’ve been using this bank services for several years, but (most likely) I’ill move to another bank. At first everything was fine, all the terms of cooperation were distinctly and clearly spelled out in the contract. After 2 years, the bank began to change the tariffs for my accounts maintenance without warning; for some unknown reason, the money that I needed very urgently was blocked. What I still didn’t like is the limits on withdrawing money, which are set without consulting me. And it’s impossible to solve this problem online, I have to spend a lot of time, come to a bank office, stand in line, write some statements, and only then this issue is being resolved. If you plan to receive you’re your salary on the bank account, you may like this bank, but I, as an entrepreneur, will refuse their services.
