If you buy shoes or clothing in the store, you have the right to try on your order, and if the size did not fit or a defect was found, or the thing simply did not meet your expectations, then you can easily return it. If you, on the other hand, found out that the shoe wouldn’t fit you a week after the purchase-and that is something that happens a lot to me- you cannot return your purchase at all, even if you did not wear it in the open.
