I love the products from this online store, besides good quality, they have many exclusive items that their competitors don’t have. But they have obvious problems with the site and personal account. The fact is that a few months ago I registered on their website, and therefore forgot my username and password. But I remember my e-mail, which I used to register the account. So, I was unable to recover my password through a special web form on the site. Then I tried to register a new account with the same e-mail. And the system allowed me to do it! I thought that the online store employees deleted my account, since I haven’t used it for a long time. I thought that after registering a new account, I can normally log into my virtual office and make purchases. But the system made me recover my password. As a result, it turned out that I have 2 identical accounts, and until I contacted the technical support service, I didn’t know how to place an order. It’s good that the guys quickly fixed the bug and I’ve one consolidated account from which I can order whatever I want.
