Irresponsible customer service

The bank has decent fees, but totally irresponsible when it comes down to customer service. They never reply to my emails and are totally unreachable through the phone. If you manage to reach a living person, they will redirect you to a hundred of different departments who will kick you to one another like a soccer ball. At the end, you will forget what was your initial query.
