A banker hang up on me
It was a relatively minor episode with the bank that prompted to write this review. It started when I saw that a suspicious activity was going on with my funds on my checking account. I immediately called the customer service. The banker asked me a number of questions to verify my own identity as the owner of the account. After answering all that, I was transferred to the fraud investigation department, where a teller said he could not hear what I was saying, me being muffled. I started to speak louder and thought the teller got my situation…only to find out I was speaking to a dead end. Apparently the teller could not hear me and did not bother to inform me on that. He simply hung up. It was during a suspicious, potentially fraudulent activity being performed with the bank;s property. I was irritated, to say the least. I had to freeze my account on my end without receiving the reassurance of the bank that I was taken care of.
