Bank supports scam artists

The bank which I always thought have been a reliable partner and never previously let me down, has suddenly took to partner with scams instead of their loyal customers. As many other internet users, I fell for a scam scheme, complicated and that looked totally legitimate. The scam scheme connected to my bank account through the fake link they provided, I clicked on the link and got somewhere where my bank details were transferred. The scam artists took a large sum of money from my account. I filed a complaint asking the bank to reimburse me for my trouble and financial loss. The answer from the cyber security division came in two weeks and was in favor of scammers. The bank simply refused to reimburse me, saying it was not their fault, that I must be cautions in the future and never to rely on the emails seemingly coming from the bank. Disappointing, to say the least. I always thought it was the bank’s responsibility to be well-protected.

Not so long ago, a purchase was made from my account that I did not make. In a panic, I started calling support, and you know what, I waited almost two hours until I knew what to do. What if the scammers completely emptied my account during this time? After that, I asked them if this bank is as good as they advertise themselves.
