Some of their staff are truly dismissive

Every time I come here I see different attitudes. As for the greeters, they are always courteous and ready to help. But the attitudes of tellers differ dramatically. Some of them are helpful, but some are hostile and lazy. One day I stopped by to see a teller and their greeter had to spend 5 minutes to find an available teller for me. One of them was just sitting behind the counter and staring at her computer. She was doing nothing but she refused to help me. No excuse. No explanation. Just “No” and that’s all. Strange policy. Then the greeter approached another teller, she agreed to serve me, but the next minute she stood up, told something to her colleagues and left the room. She did not come back. And I was standing there for about 5 minutes more until another teller took my documents and served me. Still, it looked like she was pregnant and that was a weighty excuse. So if you are going to this bank be ready that the service may differ.
