I am their loyal customer. I have been using their accounts for more than 4 years. My overall opinion was always positive. Although some of their tellers lack knowledge and tact. But today I was shocked! in a good way. I made a deposit in the morning before work and was in such a hurry that forgot my wallet on the counter. And I found that out after noon only. I recollected that for the last time I took it out of my bag in the bank so I hurried there. I turned to their manager and he handed it to me in a minute. It turned out that their teller found it and gave it to the manager right away. That was such a relief! All my cards, money and documents… everything was there. Nothing was lost. Their staff saved my life… and my trip! I am going abroad tomorrow so I cannot cope without my documents! Thanks a lot once again!
