Problems with a mortgage.

I got their debit account 3 years ago. My wife also got one. And we had no problems. Low rates. Friendly staff. Many ATMs in the branch. But a month ago we decided to take out a mortgage to buy a new house. We turned to this same bank as we liked their rates and service. But this time we had a grab bag of problems. At first they gave us the wrong list of papers. We brought everything needed and they told us that we need two more papers. We decided to fax them to save a trip, but they mixed everything up. So we had to come to the branch once more. And now we have problems with monthly payments. We wanted them to be deducted from one of our accounts in their bank, but they mixed up everything again.

Yes, I also encountered the incompetence of the staff there. I found out a couple of questions, but what they told me in the end was wrong, it led me that I was reinsured and clarified this issue with the manager, because if I did as they said, it would bring problems to my business.
