Good rates but poor customer service
I opened an account more than a year ago. Their fees are minimal. And that was the key reason why I turned to them. And there are 2 ATMs near my home. That’s another advantage. But there are too few branches in the city. So there are always long lines. If you want to visit them do not plan anything for that day. Be ready to waste 30 minutes and more sitting in the waiting area. That’s nonsense. In their ads they claim to deliver excellent customer service, but in practice many of their tellers do not even know the basic things. They are so slow. Even when you ask a simple question you need to wait for more than 5 minutes to get an answer. Hope they will pay more attention to training their staff and will open more branches.
