I have been using their services for many years. And I go to their branches twice a week at the very least. And every time their tellers are friendly and professional. All of them do a great job. Even when there are some problems or issues, they fix everything with a smile. They always stay polite and tactful. Suppose the biggest minus is long lines during peak hours. One time I had to wait for more than 40 minutes! And I saw that many customers got really nervous. However, it is not often. Just avoid peak hours.
