Need to pay more attention to qualification of their employees

I’m a customer of this provider because connection is good. Also, the signal is always on top. These are the only competitive advantages of the company. I pay enough every month, and expect to get qualified support every time I need. Don’t get this wrong way: managers are polite and nice to me. But when I call the support, they can’t answer primitive questions. And sometimes I just don’t understand representatives of the company. Not trying to offend anyone, just want to be honest. Please, train your employees to have an eye for technical points. And please, lessen holdover time. Many thanks in advance!
