I have an ZTE Model N850L phone and it fails when checking for updates. When on wifi and try to connect to the internet get a message reads “A secure connection could not be established”. I can make and receive phone calls. The phone is still on android version 4.0.4 and can't get it to update. I have tried resetting the phone and still won't update. I would appreciate a new phone preferable a flip phone. Thank you.
