purchased hotspot with 3g data for simple website. got it today. activated online per instructions. hotspot activated but no data(internet). after 4hrs on the phone with someone no data no internet. then someone told me i used my 3g data already. WOW. Tmobile you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this level of bad service to happen with you name attached with this simple mobile mess. i have wasted $50. What a ripoff.
