House next door has been empty for over seven years with a broken water system. Finally able to get the local village to turn off water from street. Basement flooded repeatedly and previous owner (bank) occasionally had it pumped out. New owner Castlerock REO doesn't care that water has again flooded basement, mold is increasing and that house should be demolished. They didn't accept my offer for home and yet house remains empty several weeks after telling me they had a buyer. Apparently when buyer actually assesses damage and costs, the deals fall through. Castlerock is promoting Zombie Houses in decent neighborhoods and should be ashamed.
