I bought this vacuum and it didn't move at all. I assumed that the pump was not powerful enough and so bought a new pump/filter (1.5 hp Raypack with sand filter orders B11417****, B11228****). The vacuum still does not move at all. I connected it to the skimmer and to the pool outlet in accordance with the instructions. Nothing worked. The pump is very powerful and the jet and suction are both very powerful. What do you suggest. User's recommendation: I am not sure I am happy with the zodiac ranger. haven't hot it to work yet.
