I’ve been using ZipRecruiter for over a year. Not once has any company I’ve applied to using ZipRecruiter ever responded to my applications. What’s worse is I keep getting these “suggested jobs” for me that are not even remotely related to my skills, in other states, or for minimum wage positions. I hold several advanced degrees. They don’t listen to your suggestions, they post jobs that are no longer available....the entire site/app is a complete waste of your time. I recommend Indeed, LinkedIn, or ANY other job board. ZipRecruiter is as stated in the title A JOKE! Don’t waste your time
