I purchased Layne Boots but the material is gold I want silver, so I called asked them if I can purchase the zipper latch to replace them the rep said they don't do that. The rep looked me up and couldn't find where I purchased the boots. I clearly have a Coach Store purchase. Now, I have to put plain silver zippers on my boots. I'm done with Coach. I asked her so if my zipper on any of my other purchases brake off I'm screwed. Basically 1 yr warranty only. Wow
