Zipcash

I got ZipCash Bill and I never own any vehicle with that number plate. I am sure they mixing with someone else Vehicle. I am not sure why they me bill for someone else vehicle. I just call but were not able to get hold of customer service rep. I never own vehicle with this license plate number, they sent me with the invoice. They sent me license plate # 962241U7 (TX)
