Ziebart resents warranty service customers

I sprung for the annual "Diamond Gloss" treatment with one large up-front payment when I bought a new car. DON'T DO THIS! It is a trap. They sell the package through dealers expecting that you will buy additional services on the annual visit. They resent customers who do not buy additional services at the time of the upgrade. Ziebart employees are rude and disrespect customers who do not upgrade the annual service.
