Zero turn cub cadet
1
My father purchased a New Cub Cadet in April of 2016. Got it out to mow and the deck fell tearing the blade up. So he bought another blade thinking it was just a fluke. Then it did it again. Another blade he bought. Called Bishops and they told him he had to mow on 5. Took it back for repair charged him 149.00. He tried to work with them no help. They of course blamed it on him. He is over 70 yrs old with heart problems and they are keeping him upset. All he ask for is what he bought to work. I am his daughter and I was at his home when they called because he had to get a Lawyer. They told him you have to mow on 5. So I tried to speak with her, the most rude person I have ever spoken to so I finally just called her a stupid b and hung up. I looked on their facebook page and this happens alot where they blame the customer.
