My HDTV DVR Converter Box Failed This Week And After Calling Them six Times With No Response I left A message with them they obviously do not have Tech Support Nor Warranty Available For their Product Line. I tried To contact them on their order line and could not as they avoid answering that number for obvious reasons they will call you back which if you have a problem or complaint they will not have to talk to you. I will Report Them to The Better Business Bureau. I had To Bypass THE Converter Box To continue Viewing TERRIBLE Lousy Horrible I Agree Completely With Pissed Off Customer TV.
