I bought a pair of bags for my 2016 Dyna Fat Bob last December, they are cool but the locks do not work, I called Viking 21 times!! Left 7 messages and zero response. I also want to ask about an alternative bag mount as I have the large Shock cut out but they are simply impossible to contact, really real frustrating. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and the Pandemic Theater is no excuse. Pissed in Texas
