I placed an order to the tune of approx $240.00, the next day I found out that I needed 3 dresses out of this order and called customer service if it was possible tp pay additional shipping and get these dresses earlier than they had planned to ship them out. I was told that this was indeed [possible and I would be billed additional shipping and everything is all good. This is what Blair did! Blair used my additional shipping and mailed out all the winter items that I did not need instead of the 3 dresses. I was outraged that they used my additional shipping cost to mail me useless stuff that I did not need at the moment and my dresses did not arrive on time for the events I needed them. Unfreaking believable!!!! I called customer service and was treated rudely, cancelled all other items and now they have the audacity and shipped them out anyway, even though I cancelled all remaining orders and they billed my CC thru paypal. Never again, ever....
