Zero after sales car

Prior to posting this review I gave Be Forward the opportunity to respond to and make amends. Alas (or unsurprisingly), I received no communication. Do not expect to be kept informed or to receive a professional service after/post sales. They have your money and do not care. Cowboy outfit. Bought car in January. Neither Be Forward or recommended shipping broker advised of delays due to construction works at port. Car, eventually, arrived- suspiciously last vehicle to be cleared.. left for 4 days in port. Turns out the vehicle needed a new battery. A straight forward issue which I accepted and sorted with no delay. Then needed new alternator.. here’s where the fun truly starts.. Be Forward’s website advertises their extended warranty.. amazing! However, note they make a big song and dance about it.. also note the very tight timeframe for the customer to submit documents to claim on the warranty. After much running around I managed to submit everything, within time on the 1st April. No feedback or confirmation of receipt. I sent it again on 5th April. No feedback or confirmation of receipt. I found a whatsapp number on their website for the ‘agent’ dealing with the Caribbean. He requests the documents again (hhmm- I’m thinking third time lucky?!). Managed to squeeze out a confirmation of receipt but no further communication. I have consistently asked for a timeframe but this has not been provided. I have waited 3 months, spent several thousands and have nothing to show for it. To those in the Caribbean thinking of using Be Forward I suggest you consider other companies which are considered reputable, such as: https://www.picknbuy24.com https://www.tradecarview.com/smart/
