I put in my ID several times, by phone keys and by voice. It would not accept. So it told me to go to www.aetnamedicare.com. All I want to know why my number ID is not accepted. How come I can't get to a real person? What the heck is going on anyway? We never got a book to see what we are entitled to. Can we get glasses? Please someone, connect with us.
