Hello I have been on hold, trying to get in touch with someone from customer service for 2hrs!!!! I neeed to get help verify my identification as I tried to send money via zelle. Someone please fix my account since you wont pick up the damn phone instead just leave me here listening to your music for literally 2hrs! This is bs and so disrespectful! I will be moving banks ASAP!
