Zebco reel 33 max

Problem is it does not Quick set anti reverse At all I do not have the receipt where I bought it ( walmart) about 3 weeks ago It worked sometimes then stopped altogether now I absolutely love this reel model 33 max. 33mxk. Ps Im not Mad at all Now is there somewhere I can send to be repaired thank you For your time Robert Stevens
