Avoid zavvi. They take your money and dont deliver your items. Customers service is none existent, telephone number just rings out, live chat has been switched off, email responses are useless, social media responses are once every 24 hours asking for your name one day then your first line of address the next day, then your email the next day.... basically just wasting time to avoid fulfilling the order. Zavvi take your money, dont dispatch your items and wont issue refunds seems like zavvi is a scam to me. The Hut Group, who own zavvi, are equally as useless. Avoid Zavvi.
