Zales did contact us on Saturday N to let us know the progress. I and my wife to talk to a supervisor that assured us that they were on top of things, and they let us know that a supervisor where we brought the ring At Lake line mall had the tracking number, and they explain the problem that they had, and it was corrected, so we are giving them some time because of the bad weather. Thank you so much for helping us we will let you know when we get the ring. Sincerely Harold Rhodes.
