Zain network

Hello, as I was using my phone its 2 am i suddenly lost service, i have no service on my phone. I checked airplane mode, tried reinstalling sim, reset network settings etc nothing worked out. I tried searching for the problem online couldn't find anything. The online help looks like a bot who is not helpful at all. I would really appreciate it if you can help me fix the problem
