Your wait time is infinity

Every time I call the wait time gets longer and longer. No one can answer my question or they answer it differently than the previous person did and tell me they were new and didn't know what they were telling me- what kind of customer service is that? I have been waiting for 3 months for a claim check and get the runaround when I actually get to speak to a person. Even my contact person at the dealership where I bought my car has trouble getting any information from them. It took over a month for them to process our application and send us a card and then the card has the wrong agreement number on it. When I asked for a corrected card I was told that it might not have the final code letter on it- which apparently is super important for them finding my information. Of course the new card doesn't have that code letter on it.
