I purchased an Evinrude Service Manual for my 1976 outboard from your company. I thought I was ordering a manual for a 70 HP engine, but somehow ended up with one for a 35 HP engine. I called today to make arrangements to return the manual and order the proper one, but was told it is your policy to not accept a return for credit. Needless to say, I am seriously upset over this policy. I now have a $70 manual that I can't use, and worse yet, I don't have the manual I thought I had ordered and need. Your policy is not reputable, and I expect you to make this error good and accept a return of this item for full credit.
