I called in on Thursday, July 9 to request service. I could hear you but you could not hear me. So I went and did a service request online. The vendor came out on Friday, July 10 and was going to contact you about service, however you phones are not working. We have been without hot water since last Thrusday, July 9. Can someone please call me at 916-474-**** to follow up on this order? User's recommendation: Think twice.
