Your New Channel Guide Is A Mess!!!

We have been Spectrum (Charter) customers since 1993. With each passing week, we are beginning to wonder why we stick around. This latest so called "upgrade" to a new and improved guide may just be the last straw for us. What was wrong with the old guide? It was easy to see and read, it had versatile features and it looked friendly! Why all the black!? Seriously - people are fed up with the color already (or should I say lack of color). I agree with a previous reviewer who suggested that someone should be fired over this. And you'd think you'd be more cautious than ever, given your latest customer loss figures. Fix it - or we're outta here!
