I had a problem/issue with one of your products respectfully request for a replacement there was a complaint submitted to Staff out of the Philippine Islands. I was trying to get a hold of someone here in the Continental United States but was not able to, too much Red Tape. She told me she was going to send a couple products with coupon for replacement them. I provided the name brand and the UPC to your Staff in the Philippines. Your assistance in understanding will be greatly appreciated. The information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Please feel free to contact me at (210) 520-****.
