YOUR Customer Service sucks!..Not SL

You’re hours are disgustingly limited! 9-5 pacific time?!! Welcome to Cali time! God forbid California people work an actual 8 hour day! Get with the real world..customer service is NOT a part time call service. You have taken away a very important and gratifying part of MY vacation by not being available to me for the last 24 HOURS because of a stupid app you made me upgrade.
