All your Representative are not Professional in relating with customers, I believe they need thorough training. It's so unfortunate I have to close my account. Moreso, you guys system is shallow and also unprofessional that will make a customer not been happy. Your bank Institution is not a customer friendly at all User's recommendation: You guys need more professional Customer Representative and make sure your Institution is Customer friendly.
