Your company is unprofessional

I understand privacy... I understand policy. I work in customer service... Your reps does not understand value of a customer who works hard for their money and keeps up with their money. I attempted to pay last month on a 1st time online attempt. I had an email state it was received through the company. Call Customer Service to retrieve info. to pay again... Not only was I told my info. to my username couldn't be given, I was told too, that my payment wasn't received from a month ago. I was never notified through via email nor statement, nor over the phone and it has been a month. I am a firm believer of paying on time. And this just really makes me not to want to deal with your credit financing company. Your reps are very rude and has no politeness or manners towards a customer regardless of what the situation is., they should be able to handle it in a better profession.
