Hello, communication with CS is completed, all questions answered. My 3G LG phone you sent me in 2015 became defective, so per the CS rep telling me that I can get a 4G phone and can transfer my account and minutes to it, last Thurs I bought a ZTE Whirl Z667G 4G Tracfone online and am awaiting it. Then wish me luck that we can transfer my account and minutes to it.
