In Aug. 2018 -- almost ten months ago, I ordered slimware from your company. I learned in 24 hours or less it was not the software I needed. I immediately cancelled the order. Confirmed by your company. In the ten months that has followed, I get an ad that the software license has expired and to click on ordering - or not to order. Naturally I click the no don't order since I have no need for the software. In the middle of an operation -- up it comes -- I click it off -- it takes three difference screens to click it off!!!!
